About these films

These are processed, pseudocolored presentation films derived from spatial chemical measurements, not continuous camera recordings. Spatial and temporal interpolation smooths the display; it does not add acquired observations or establish finer biological resolution. Colors are not validated organelle labels.

Smooth interpolation
A 2560-pixel-wide presentation render with fixed spatial smoothing across every frame. It retains the existing color encoding and movie timing, with no frame-by-frame contrast fitting or generative detail. Smoothing changes local color mixtures and can soften small features; it does not reveal new biological detail. Original render retains the previous processed movie, not raw measurements.

SK-MEL-2 / Cell 03. Cell-only crop of the existing 4K presentation, original render at 1920 x 1664 and 30 fps. The gold takeover is time-linked artwork, not a measured peroxidation front.
Vemurafenib
SK-MEL-2 / Cell 01. Background-corrected presentation based on 13 acquired times across eight hours. The original cell panel is enlarged to 1560 x 1296 with display interpolation and motion-smoothed to 30 fps. It is not a newly acquired high-resolution image.
Comparisons
Elapsed-time alignment between separate recordings, not a controlled comparison of drug efficacy. The cells are not at equal physical scale and display colors are not quantitatively comparable between films.
What is public
Presentation films, processed image summaries and rounded trends only. Original spectral cubes and processing recipes are not included. Public derivatives, including the movies, can be downloaded.
