A view into the evidence.

Seven sampled fields from one exploratory run. The curves summarize fixed initial high-signal regions after local spectral and spatial background correction. These regions are not validated tracked-cell masks.

What is measured?

Spatial chemical contrast at 17 acquired times. The curves retain signed values; a negative value means the corrected contrast is below its reference background, not a negative molecular concentration. Each map takes a finite interval to acquire.

What remains unproven?

Specific organelle identities, molecular concentrations, death mechanism, recovery and toxicity prediction. Motion, focus, acquisition exposure and background can affect these signals. Seven fields are not seven independent experiments.

What is public?

Selected processed images and rounded trajectory summaries. Full spectra, raw acquisition files, source metadata and proprietary processing are not part of this release.
